We apologise for the high cost of shipping - we are a small, independent label, and are at the mercy of the shipping industry. Remember, musicians make minuscule amounts from streaming services, so purchasing music in other forms (like CD) really helps. We are, in fact, subsidising the shipping cost ourselves.
All our items are shipped via Australia Post, and are usually shipped within 3 days of receiving the order.
Shipping time can vary considerably depending on the destination - especially in this unfortunate coronavirus era - and can sometimes take two weeks or more when going overseas. A one week delivery time is fairly typical for major metropolitan locations.
Return Policy
If your item is lost in the mail, or arrives damaged. please let us know immediately. We usually send a replacement at no extra cost.
If you're unhappy in any way please get in touch and we'll usually give you a full refund.
